In this 8 week expressive arts therapy group, designed for anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+, we will use the tools of the expressive arts to identify, discover, and heal feelings of internalized homophobia, questioning of queerness, and any other complex, uncomfortable feelings that have to do with being an LGBTQ+ person. With the help of writing, guided visualizations, psychodrama, and the visual arts, we will work to discover the problem stories that we tell ourselves.
