Patriarchy is a social system based on male dominance. It is a hierarchy that elevates some men over other men, and all men over women. These traumas not only shape our ways of being in the world, but perpetuate themselves across generations, and disconnect us from our full humanity. In this 7-week therapy group, we will use embodied action methods including drama therapy, psychodrama and theater improvisation to heal the personal and collective traumas engendered by patriarchy. Open to all male-identified participants. No theater experience required!Find out more »
